3. Membership

Membership is subject to approval by Billionaire Concierge. Submission of an enquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance.
Memberships do not renew automatically. At the conclusion of a membership term, any continuation is subject to mutual agreement and payment of the applicable membership fee.
Membership fees and payment arrangements are communicated before membership is confirmed.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once membership has commenced, except where otherwise expressly agreed or required by applicable law.
Billionaire Concierge reserves the right to decline membership applications or refuse renewal, subject to applicable law.
4. Service Requests and Availability
Billionaire Concierge endeavours to fulfil client requests with professionalism, discretion and reasonable care.
However, reservations, products, experiences and other arrangements are subject to availability and the conditions imposed by relevant service providers.

Billionaire Concierge works with independent suppliers and service providers worldwide.
These may include hotels, airlines, private aviation operators, restaurants, transportation companies, event organisers and other specialists.
Third-party services may be subject to separate booking conditions, cancellation policies, payment requirements and operational restrictions.
Billionaire Concierge exercises reasonable care and skill in providing its own services but does not control the independent operations of third-party suppliers.
Our responsibility for any particular arrangement will depend on the services we have agreed to provide and applicable law.
6. Fees and Payments
Membership fees cover the services and benefits specified within the relevant membership arrangement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party costs, bookings, purchases, travel expenses and other external charges are payable separately by the client.
Any additional charges requiring client approval will be communicated before the relevant arrangement is confirmed.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Where applicable, clients must ensure that travel documentation, visas, insurance, identification and other necessary arrangements are valid and appropriate.
Clients must comply with applicable laws and the reasonable requirements of relevant service providers.
Billionaire Concierge may decline requests that are unlawful, inappropriate or outside the scope of its services.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
Discretion and confidentiality are fundamental to Billionaire Concierge.
