2016 — Where It Began
Billionaire Concierge began serving private clients in 2016. One of our first requests was to source a Louis Moinet timepiece within a $55,000 budget. We secured it for $8,000 less, and the relationship that followed set the standard for everything since.
Later that year we arranged Paddock Club hospitality at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, and Haute Living published a feature introducing Billionaire Concierge and its private membership, an independent record of the business in its first year.
2017–2018 — Building Relationships
In 2017 the company was formally incorporated, and the work grew with it. Requests moved beyond reservations towards rare timepieces and bespoke commissions. Increasingly, members came to us with things that had no obvious place to start.
These years established the approach that still defines us: one trusted relationship, with the right specialists behind it.
2019 — Ultra Luxury Travel
For one family and their guests, we secured three neighbouring beachfront villas in Turks and Caicos and arranged them as a single private estate. Mornings began with horse riding along the beach and out into the sea, and a private chef cooked throughout the stay. The family still talk about the bread.
In Mykonos, we arranged a stay at Cavo Tagoo for one of the most recognised names in entertainment. She left calling us the best.
2020–2021 — Beyond the Expected
As the world grew harder to navigate, members still needed things that were difficult to find. In 2020, we secured three pairs of the Dior x Air Jordan 1 for a single client, at a time when the release was almost impossible to obtain and resale prices had reached over $10,000 a pair.
In 2021, Billionaire Concierge introduced the refreshed visual identity it carries today.
2022–2023 — Private Access & Specialist Sourcing
Specialist sourcing continued alongside ongoing lifestyle management, from a Patek Philippe for a private collector to a signed Picasso lithograph. In 2023, we arranged three Ferrari hospitality experiences for clients attending the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix.
2024–2026 — A Decade of Private Service
Some of our most important work in these years had nothing to do with luxury. On New Year’s Eve, a member travelling in Turkey learned of a family medical emergency in Miami. Within two hours we had a private aircraft and crew ready, and a few hours later he was on his way home.
Moments like these shaped the creation of BC Private, our one-to-one service for principals whose lives demand more than a membership. Each BC Private member is served by a dedicated team that knows their family, their properties and their preferences, and acts on them before being asked.
At the Singapore Grand Prix, members were hosted in the Ferrari suite in the Paddock Club, directly above the pit lane. From their table they watched the cars return to the garages beneath them, with Marina Bay lit up as the backdrop to Formula 1’s original night race.
When a member decided to propose in Paris with only days to spare, we secured a suite at the Shangri-La facing directly onto the Eiffel Tower and arranged everything around the moment itself.
We are not simply a concierge service. We are problem solvers.
In 2026, we mark ten years since welcoming our first clients. The service has grown, but the principle has not changed: one relationship, through which every request is handled personally.
